The Osteria of Miranda al Fortino offers a package of meals for the tango marathon “L’Eroica“.

Here is the menu:

Friday, November 9, dinner and buffet:

Starters:

  • Broccoli flan with fondue
  • Vitello tonnato
  • Mixed cold cuts

Entrée:

  • Lasagna
  • Rice with chard and almonds
  • Bean soup

Second course

  • Roast veal with pink pepper
  • Sausage and radicchio
  • Quiche of leeks and saffron

Side dish

  • Mixed seasonal vegetables

Saturday 10 November, buffet dinner:

Starters:

    • Beef carpaccio with citronette

 

  • Spinach strudel and toma cheese (from Piedmont)

 

  • Mixed cold cuts

Entrée:

  • Macaroni au gratin with cheese
  • Spelt with pumpkin leeks and radicchio
  • Parmentier with croutons

Second course:

  • Chicken with lemon and capers
  • Roast veal
  • Cauliflower gratin

Side dish

  • Mixed seasonal vegetables

Brunch on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th November:

Dessert:

  • Pies
  • Tartines with jam, chocolate, etc.
  • Croissants

Savoury items:

  • Omelettes,
  • Canapés
  • Eggs and cold cuts

Beverages:

  • Juice, tea and coffee

The complete package also includes water and 1/4 wine per person for dinner and a choice of brunch.

The payment of the package will be made in cash or by credit card directly at the reception of the marathon.
